density loss, craving for unhealthy foods and risk of disease.

Finally, remember that it takes about 21 days to form a new habit. Every habit, good or bad that you have ever had, began with a single, first step, followed by about 21 successive steps or days. Each successive step you take will grow easier until your new habit is a comfortable routine that will guarantee you, all of the working out benefits on your personal list.
